Payment Plan Refund Policy

Payments for services under a payment plan are non-refundable if the client discontinues for personal reasons, including scheduling conflicts, relocation, or change of mind.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The professional is unable to provide services due to licensing issues or a verified crisis.

• The client is harmed or endangered due to negligence.

Rescheduling may be accommodated when possible, but refunds are not granted for missed sessions. By enrolling in a payment plan, clients agree to these terms.
